Hannover, Germany based gothic metal outfit Ember Sea are launching their 2021 release fireworks. First off, a live single and video combo of their heavy hitter "Storm", originally found on their critically acclaimed debut album "Nova" (2013). The track represents the heavier side of the band: Storm compels by it´s stomping beat combined with razor-sharp Rammstein-ish metal guitar riffing. In contrast, the vocals are smooth and catchy, climaxing in a sing-along chorus of the band´s female/male live choir. It is not by chance that this is the band´s most live played tune. "Storm (Live at Wolfsmond)" is the first single for Ember Sea´s live album "Two Stages - Live at Monopol & Wolfsmond" (due: June 18th on Green Bronto Records). Lyricalwise, we learn about a person whose rage is growing into a destructive natural disaster as the potential victim is looking for shelter and trying to escape pending devastation. The track was recorded during "Wolfsmond", a festival for gothic rock/metal music at KuBa-Halle, Wolfenbüttel, Germany in 2017. The single release will also feature the demo version of the track as a bonus.
The energetic live single "Storm (Live at Wolfsmond)" is out April 30th.
